Our Commitment

PROIT LLC is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply the relevant accessibility standards.

Standards

This website aims to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA. We do not claim formal conformance for this site; a conformance statement would require an evaluation of a defined scope.

For client projects, the applicable standard depends on the buyer:

Accessibility standard by type of buyer
Applies to Standard used in public wording
Federal ICT (Revised Section 508) Requirements that incorporate WCAG 2.0 Level A and AA, plus the agency's own criteria. WCAG 2.1 or 2.2 can be added by contract.
State and local government (ADA Title II web rule) WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Compliance dates: April 26, 2027 for entities with a population of 50,000 or more; April 26, 2028 for smaller entities and special district governments.
Recipients of HHS funding (Section 504) WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Compliance dates: May 11, 2027 for recipients with 15 or more employees; May 10, 2028 for fewer than 15. This applies to HHS funding recipients, not to every private provider.
PROIT's own website Aims to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA.

Compliance dates checked against the DOJ and HHS published rules on October 7, 2026. Extensions of these dates do not suspend other accessibility obligations. Confirm current dates with the issuing agency.

  • Semantic HTML structure for screen reader compatibility
  • Sufficient color contrast ratios
  • Keyboard navigation support
  • Alt text for images
  • Clear and consistent navigation
  • Resizable text without loss of functionality
  • Focus indicators for interactive elements

Accessibility Services

For client projects we test against the standard that applies to the buyer and deliver findings, fixes, and retest evidence for the agreed scope, using manual keyboard and screen-reader checks alongside automated tools. Passing automated checks is not, by itself, a Section 508 or WCAG conformance determination.
